Ambit Customer Bill Payment Options

Did you know that your customers can pay their bills in a variety of convenient ways BESIDES mailing in a check? Check the back of your bill for a list of methods. In the meantime, here they are:
- Stop by ACE Cash Express or any Moneygram location
- Recurring bank draft (set up in Self-Care site)
- Credit card
- Set up recurring payment in Self-Care site
- Set up recurring payment by calling Customer Care
- Make one-time payment by calling Customer Care
- Your bank may offer online bill-pay in which you can name Ambit Energy on your list of payees. (Keep in mind that if you use this option, your bank does NOT make an electronic transfer to pay your Ambit Energy bill. They only deduct the amount from your account and send us a bank check via postal mail. Online bill-pay through your bank is just like mailing the check in yourself! If you need to pay your bill the day or two before it’s due, use one of the other methods described above.)
