Illinois is still in PRE-Launch

Make sure this is clear in every communication you have about Illinois
It is imperative that in all communications you have with potential Ambit team members and customers that you do NOT imply that Ambit Energy is open for business in Illinois. Ambit Energy is still in the Pre-Launch phase in Illinois, so please do not say we are approved to provide service. Further, in all communications regarding Illinois, it is vital that you do not express nor imply any type of consumer offer, and that you do not make any claims about our rates or savings. Ambit Energy has not announced, and will not announce, any product rate plans for Illinois until we are certified as an Alternative Gas Supplier (AGS) by the Illinois Commerce Commission. Once we have the green light to provide natural gas service in Illinois, we will announce our consumer offer. Until then, please do not communicate anything otherwise.
